1. Digital Products
All products sold on Codexeron are digital downloads. Due to their nature, once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The product file is corrupted or unreadable
- The product does not match its description
- Technical defect that we cannot resolve within 7 business days
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical skills to use the product
- Incompatibility with your system not mentioned in requirements
- Downloaded products
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and detailed reason. Email: info@codexeron.com.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to your ParaPuan balance within 3-5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
